1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin concerning your access to and use of our entertainment center, games, and website. By visiting our entertainment center or using our website, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Entertainment Center Rules

When visiting our entertainment center, you agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
  • Supervise children under the age of 12 at all times
  • Use game equipment as intended and with care
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior that may interfere with others' enjoyment
  • Not bring outside food or beverages into the entertainment center
  • Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises

3. Game Tokens and Prizes

The following terms apply to game tokens and prizes:

  • Game tokens are non-refundable once purchased
  • Game tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Prizes may only be redeemed with valid game tickets or tokens
  • Prize redemption is subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to modify prize offerings at any time
  • Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged once redeemed

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin.

5. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Service
  • You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service
  • Engaging in any automated use of the system
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Service
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of our entertainment center and participation in games involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Fun Games Lamp of Aladdin and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
